II. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS a) Contractor will be responsible for all requirements related to providing a safe environment for themselves, staff, and the general public while performing the scope of services for the City. b) Develop and maintain storage, housekeeping, and debris removal practices that reduce the safety risks to the lowest level necessary for daily operations. c) Utilize safety equipment (cones, barriers, PPE, etc.) to manage safety in work areas. 5.2 TASKS/DELIVERABLES III. GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AND WEED CONTROL The Contractor shall provide the City with complete groundskeeping and maintenance services. These services shall include, but not be limited to the following: Monitoring A Biologist will visit the site and inspect the pond on two (2) times per month basis during the months of March through November, and on a one (1) time per month basis during the months of December through February. Observations and data collected during the inspections will be used to inform and guide all activities required to fulfill the requirements of this contract as specified in the description of services below.
