As prescribed at 206.302-3 -70, use the following provision: DOMESTIC SOURCE RESTRICTION (AUG 2023) This solicitation is restricted to domestic sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(3) . Foreign sources, except Canadian sources, are not eligible for award. (End of provision)
