Policy.

(a) A nonprofit organization shall not be precluded from competing for a contract for religious-related services to be performed on a United States military installation. (b) See 219.270 when an acquisition for religious-related services to be performed on a United States military installation is set aside for any of the small business concerns identified in FAR 19.000(a)(3).
