Scope of subpart.
When conducting negotiated, competitive acquisitions utilizing FAR part 15 procedures, contracting officers shall follow the principles and procedures in Principal Director, Defense Pricing, Contracting, and Acquisition Policy memorandum provided at PGI 215.300 .
