What the job is

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract with a qualified source to provide a short-term lending database solution that is Internet-accessible on a real-time basis by all Virginia short-term lending licensees and the State Corporation Commission's Bureau of Financial Institutions.
