What the job is
The Raleigh Police Evidence Storage Facility project is made up of two structures. The first is a ~ 24,0000 SF CMU and steel structure, with finishes and MEPs to accommodate evidence storage. The second is a ~ 26,000 SF PEMB auto storage facility. The site will consist of excavation, utilities, including a septic system and geothermal wells.
