Statement of Work Response

1.0 Technical Approach

Acme Federal Solutions, LLC (the “Offeror”) understands the Government’s requirement to provide secure, responsive program support for the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization. Our team will deliver measurable outcomes while maintaining rigorous quality controls.

We will perform the services described in Section C with best efforts^[CT]commercially reasonable efforts and maintain a dedicated program office throughout the period of performance. Our approach is designed to meet the Government’s mission objectives, including set-aside eligibility and subcontracting goals^[CT], and provide transparent reporting to the Contracting Officer.

2.0 Key Personnel and Transition

The Program Manager will coordinate transition activities, establish the integrated master schedule, and provide weekly status reports. Following notice to proceed, the Offeror will submit a transition plan within thirty (30) days^[CT]within ten (10) business days of contract award.

All deliverables will be reviewed against the acceptance criteria in Section E. Any exceptions will be documented in the risk register and elevated to the Government within one business day.

3.0 Small Business Commitment

Our subcontracting plan prioritizes qualified small businesses and supports the Government’s socioeconomic objectives. We will report utilization quarterly and continuously seek opportunities to expand participation by certified partners.
